Working closely with architects, engineers, planning officers and designers, we strive to deliver a turnkey project using a range of construction methods from traditional build, ICF and SIPS. Our working practices allow us to become familiar with our clients needs and wants throughout the process, listening carefully to what they want, ensuring their expectations are met or surpassed.

We would be delighted to meet and provide you with a brief overview of how Ben Anthony can help you build your dream home. We explain each stage of our home building process from our initial meeting through to the design, build and handover of your luxury new home.
breifing
We discuss in more depth your thoughts and aspirations for your new home. Each client is different and we delve deeper to understand you and your unique ‘wish list’. At this stage, we also discuss our fee structure for the design and planning stages of the project.
design
At this meeting, you will meet some of the design team will go into the more detailed aspects of your house design. With many years of construction experience, we combine innovation with feasibility, truly creating a bespoke home. If needed, we can arrange surveys and reports (such as a topographical survey) and at this stage we also agree the specification of your property. We can also provide details on the different levels of interior design service we provide.
planning
Once you have confirmed your approval of the final design, we then submit to the local council for full planning approval. This can take in the region of 8 weeks and we liaise with the council on your behalf to answer any queries they may raise. We have great relationships with the Local Councils and find this helps with hassle-free planning approval.
contract
Using the proposed drawings and chosen specification of the house, we provide you with a fixed cost to build your dream home and for us to deliver this as a turnkey solution. This legally binding contract details the contract price, project timelines, specification and the payment milestones. Of course, if there are variations to the plans (quite often this is the case!), these are discussed and where possible amendments are made to accommodate your wishes.
build
Once full planning has been granted and the contract is signed, we begin addressing any pre-start planning conditions imposed by the Local Council. Following this stage, there is the demolition (if required) and we then begin the construction of your new home. During this all important phase, we encourage regular on-site meetings so we can provide updates and this also allows us to take instructions on any variations you may wish to have.
completion
The big day! Once we have completed the construction phase, we obtain the final certificates from the Building Inspectors and Architect . We give you a detailed explanation on how all the equipment works in your new home and a joint inspection of the house is carried out by you and our building team. A snagging list is compiled and addresses prior to you taking occupancy of the house.
after sales
A Ben Anthony home is for life. Our team are on hand to help with any snagging issues arising within the first 12 months of your occupancy. This includes the repair of all minor shrinkage etc. which is common in new build homes.
